Established in 1992, we as EMCON Consulting Group is a wholly Namibian owned consulting firm providing engineering, project management and specialist technical services to public and private sector clients. The company has offices in Windhoek (Namibia, head office), Ondangwa (Namibia) and Lusaka (Zambia). We are registered with the Namibian Association of Consulting Engineers and subscribe to its constitution and code of ethics. Our international experience has a strong southern and central African focus and includes projects in Lesotho, Mozambique, Angola, South Africa, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya. Beyond the African continent, we have consulted on projects in China and Germany.

With an in-house wealth of industry experts, and supported by regional and international associates, we endeavour to contribute to Africa’s development through innovative approaches that consider local realities and economic circumstances, using the latest state-of-the-art computer systems and specialist software. We are fully conversant with international trends, best practices and latest technologies through access to a worldwide network of experts that supports us with specialist advice.

EMCON staff continuously receive developmental and technical training to ensure constant personal and career growth, as well as keeping up to date with best practices and latest technologies. In addition, we have an annual intake of in-service trainees from the various Namibian institutions of higher learning.
