Emcon is thrilled to announce the successful completion of the Waldeck Hunting Lodge. This stunning new hunting lodge nestled amidst Namibia's breath-taking landscapes represents not only a haven for relaxation and adventure but also a testament to the expertise and dedication of our Emcon team. 

A Collaborative Effort for Unparalleled Hospitality

The Waldeck Lodge project involved a seamless collaboration between Emcon's Project Management (PM), Civil & Structural (CE), and Building Services (BS) teams. Our PM team managed the entire construction process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the quality standards. The CE team designed the foundation for these remarkable structures, ensuring its stability and resilience for years to come. Finally, our BS team brought the lodge to life with their expertise in Electronic, Fire, and Electrical installation, creating a comfortable and secure environment for guests.

A Commitment to Sustainability

Emcon understands the importance of responsible development, particularly in Namibia's unique ecological environment. We are proud to have partnered with the Waldeck Lodge team to incorporate sustainable practices throughout the construction process.

The hunting lodge uses an off-grid solar solution for all power, and a water filtration plant, cleans the borehole water for use in the lodge. Finally, sewage is cleaned to be re-used in gardens and waste is managed by a strong recycling methodology, All within the design of the Emcon team.
